Residents in the coastal Carolinas are dealing with widespread flooding in the wake of Hurricane Florence.<br /><br />This video shows the flooding situation in Fayetteville, North Carolina. <br /><br />Across the Carolinas, several river gauges have reached a "major" flood stage, the National Weather Service said, with authorities issuing evacuation orders for residents within the area.<br /><br />At least 42 people have died in storm-related incidents, and more than 343,000 people are still without power in North Carolina.
