Pork sandwiches from Portland's Lardo are hitting Las Vegas. Chef Rick Gencarelli serves over-the-top sandwiches. The porchetta sandwich is made with moist, fatty pork roast. It's topped with gremolata, parmesan and arugala. Dirty fries are tossed with pork scraps, peppers and parmesan.
