<p>A tornado tore through Gatineau, Quebec, on Friday, September 21, filling the sky with debris.</p><p>The Weather Channel confirmed a tornado</a> struck Ottawa and Quebec on Friday afternoon, damaging homes and cars and causing power outages to more than 16,000 people.</p><p>Several roofs were torn off homes, according to CTV</a>.
