This is the amazing moment a seal has a close encounter with a huge great white shark and surprisingly avoids death.<br /><br />Footage captured off Durban, South Africa, shows the seal putting on a show to people on a boat when a great white shark appears in the distance.<br /><br />The shark approaches the seal but then swims away to the relief of onlookers.<br /><br />The seal continues to play in the water.<br /><br />The clip was captured in February 2018.
