Frustrated residents of a residential community in Guiyang City in southwestern Guizhou Province dumped rubbish into their property management office.<br /><br />The video shows several men emptying the dustbins out into the property management office last Saturday (September 22).<br /><br />According to reports, the residents had a dispute with the property management as it allowed any vehicles to drive into the residential community car park, as well as being regularly tardy with rubbish collection.
