Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng on Tuesday announced that employers are now expected to fork out the full RM10,000 annual levy, instead of 20%, starting October 1st. He said that he took note of the feedback that foreign workers would not be able to afford paying 80% of the annual extension fee.
