Meanwhile, North Korea's Foreign Minister, Ri Yong-ho, arrived in New York on Tuesday to attend the UN General Assembly.<br /> With plans in the works for a second summit between Kim Jong-un and President Trump, Ri Yong-ho is getting a lot of attention.<br />Plus Secretary of State Mike Pompeo invited Ri to visit him this week.<br />That meeting could hold a lot of import for the second Kim-Trump summit.<br />Ri is also expected to meet with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and hold bilateral talks with countries with close ties to North Korea.<br />Ri is scheduled to give a speech to the General Assembly on Saturday. <br />
