A motorcycle crashes into the back of a swerving public utility vehicle in the Philippines. <br /><br />The van driver stops to check his vehicle, rather than whether the motorcyclist is okay. Fortunately the motorcyclist, Ernesto Supnad, was not injured. <br /><br />"After realising that his actions were caught on dashcam video ... he [the van driver] approached the motorcyclist and both parties agreed that Mr. Noveno [the van driver] would pay the damages of the motorcycle rider," said the filmer. <br /><br />The video was captured on August 23.
