<p>Road crews were out in South Carolina on Wednesday, September 26, repairing washouts from Hurricane Florence’s journey through the state.</p><p>In this video, crews have nearly completed work on SC 145 north of Chesterfield. The photos were shot on Dogwood Lane in the same town.</p><p>Chesterfield was slammed after Florence’s September 14 landfall as the storm took days to move over the Carolinas.
