Occurred on September 21, 2018 / Auckland, New Zealand <br /><br />Info from Licensor: "This dude was parallel parking and the truck behind him held onto his horn for a good 2 minutes. The old guy in the video hoofed a bottle of milk through his car window into the truck drivers cab and drenched him. Moments later when the truck was waiting at the lights, all of this went down."
