One of two suspects in the Novichok poisoning in Britain has been identified as a decorated colonel of Russia's military intelligence.<br /> The investigative website Bellingcat reported Wednesday that after a joint investigation with the Insider, the man identified by London as Ruslan Boshirov is actually GRU Colonel Anatoly Chepiga.<br />The two suspects have been charged with the attempted murders of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, as well as conspiracy.<br />Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly claimed that the pair have no links to the Kremlin. <br />
