Pete Davidson Rips Chevy Chase Over <br />'SNL' Diss Old and new stars from <br />'Saturday Night Live' have <br />begun to feud. It started after Chase, one of the production’s original cast members, slammed the current iteration of <br />the show. In a 'Washington Post' profile, Chase said he was shocked that 'SNL' co-creator Lorne Michaels had "gone so low." Davidson, one of the current 'SNL' <br />cast members, has not taken kindly to <br />the criticism. Chase originally left in the middle of the show's second season, but has returned to host eight times. The 74-year-old hasn't emceed the longtime sketch comedy show since 1997.
