When it comes to customer satisfaction,... Korean tech giants Samsung and LG are part of the leading pack in the United States.<br /> A report released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index shows LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics came second and third, respectively, in a ranking of American consumers' satisfaction with home appliance brands. <br />German electronics giant Bosch came first.<br />Samsung was up from seventh spot last year.<br />In the PC category, Samsung was second only to Apple. <br />The index, which interviews nearly 250-thousand U.S. consumers about some 400 companies, is released once a year. <br />
