MACC chief commissioner Shukri Abdull today suggested the government impose whipping punishment on graft offenders.<br /><br />Shukri who was reinstated into the commission after Pakatan Harapan took over Putrajaya in May, said this would serve as a deterrent to those who commit corruption, and the general public.
