Mike Tran’s House Wonton Noodle Soup at Mein is a fusion of flavors from the places he’s lived in, from Cambodia to Malaysia to Hong Kong. Chef Tran is a Cambodian-born refugee who found himself in Houston, Texas after the Vietnam War.
