Kanye West is talking about slavery again. <br />But this time, he's spotlighting the 13th Amendment, which officially abolished slavery in North America after the Civil War.<br />According to The Wrap, West called for the 13th Amendment itself to be wiped out.<br />He wrote somewhat of a confusing statement on Twitter.<br />West said "This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs... <br />
