【INGREDIENTS】 <br /><br />・600g pumpkin <br />・400g onion <br />・2 cloves garlic <br />・30g ginger <br />・4 tbsp oil <br />・200g mushroom (any kind) <br />・1 canned tomatoes (400g) <br />・1 canned coconut milk (400g) <br />・30g coriander <br />・2 tbsp cumin seeds <br />・1 cinnamon stick <br />・200ml water <br />・1 tbsp salt <br />・2 tsp turmeric <br />・1/4 tsp cayenne pepper <br />【INSTRUCTION】 <br />1. blend pumpkin, coconut milk, tomatoes and coriander with blender. <br />2. Fry garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and cinnamon stick on a pot. <br />3. Add onion and mushroom. Fry gently until cooked.<br /> 4. Add pumpkin paste, remaining pumpkin and water. Then simmer until everything are well cooked. It’s kind of easy to burn on the bottom, so don’t forget to stir sometimes. <br />5. Add salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper.
