부산에 잡혀있던 러시아 선박 세바스토폴호 출항보류 해제<br /><br /> A Russian ship sanctioned by the United States was released Tuesday from South Korea's southern port of Busan.<br /> The Sevastopol entered the port in mid-August, but it was later targeted by the U.S., which suspected its owners of violating United Nations sanctions on North Korea.<br />Because there was a possibility of the ship trading with the North illegally, the South temporarily banned the ship from leaving the port in September.<br />But according to Seoul's foreign ministry, the ship did not violate UN Security Council resolutions, so the ban was lifted. <br />
