According to Business Insider, FEMA will send a nationwide test 'Presidential Alert' this week.<br />Unlike emergency and AMBER alerts that can be toggled off, this one isn't optional.<br />The test buzzing is scheduled to arrive at all phones on Wednesday.<br />This "presidential alert" is designed to be used "in the event of a national emergency." <br />So be prepared to hear from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.<br />Your phone will vibrate and emit a loud tone that could freak you out if you're not prepared. <br />
