According to CNN, President Donald Trump sought to prevent Stormy Daniels from publicly discussing an alleged sexual encounter with him.<br />President Trump instructed his attorney at the time, Michael Cohen, to seek a restraining order against Daniels.<br />During a phone call in February, Trump told Cohen he'd pay for everything.<br />But that conversation took place months after Daniels signed a non-disclosure agreement and received payment, to remain silent about their alleged affair. <br />
