Business Insider reports the State Department has quietly implemented a controversial new rule.<br />The rule bars same-sex partners of some foreign workers from receiving a G-4 visa.<br />Same-Sex partners can receive a G-4 visa if the couple gets married.<br />G-4 visas are used by foreign nationals who work at major international organizations.<br />The visas are issued to workers from United Nations, the World Bank, and the IMF. <br />
