Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />For Kadhi<br />10-12 Methi seeds<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />2 Onions, finely chopped<br />1 tsp Ginger paste<br />1 tsp Garlic paste<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp Red Chilli powder<br />2 Tomatoes, finely chopped<br />2 cups Curd<br />2 tbsp Gram flour<br />Salt to taste<br />1 ltr Water<br /><br />For Pakoda<br />3 Onions, finely chopped<br />4 Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />1 cup Coriander, finely chopped<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />Gram flour as required<br /><br />Method:-<br />For Kadhi<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add methi seeds, cumin seeds, onion and saute them until pink in color.<br />Add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute them till the raw smell goes away.<br />Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, stir them for a minute.<br />Add tomatoes, and cook till it softens.<br />Now to the curd, add gram flour, salt and whisk well so that there are no lumps formed.<br />To the above prepared gravy, add water and let it cook.<br />Give it a boil, switch off the flame and keep it aside.<br /><br />For Pakoda<br />In a bowl add onions, green chillies, coriander, salt, turmeric powder, mix well.<br />Add gram flour as required and mix well.<br />Heat oil in a vessel, make small balls of the mixture and fry it.<br />Take it out in a bowl, transfer it to the kadhi carefully.<br /><br />Our Kadhi Pakoda is ready to serve.
