An incredibly rare twin water spout is spotted off the coast of Florida. As one large column rises into the air, a second thinner spout wraps itself around the first. <br /><br />The filmer was vacationing in Florida at the time, near Longboat Key, on the Caribbean coast and saw the phenomenon form while driving along the shore. <br /><br />"A local man who said he had lived there for 16 years, said this was his first time seeing one live," said the filmer, Elisa Rivers. "We were amazed!"<br /><br />She shot the footage last year, on August 25 2017.
