A low-flying police helicopter wreaks havoc outside University Park, Pennsylvania, sending tents and debris flying. <br /><br />Pennsylvania State Police used low-flying helicopters to disperse unruly party-goers and alleged underage drinkers before the big Ohio State/Penn State football game Saturday afternoon.<br /><br />Ohio State and Penn State college teams have a historic rivalry, and Saturday's game was the most watched of the season. <br /><br />Since the helicopter scandal and subsequent outcry, Pennsylvania State Police has rescinded the use of helicopters to make announcements outside the football stadium, according to AP. <br /><br />"We understand concerns have been raised ... it is rare to resort to these expanded interventions," Penn State Police and Public Safety said in a statement released on Twitter. <br /><br />The Federal Aviation Administration said that is is also investigating a complaint about the incident, according to the agency.
