One-hundred-50 South Koreans are making a three-day visit to the North Korean capital from today.<br />They're to leave for Pyeongyang from Seoul Air Base in less than an hour and a half.<br /> The trip for a joint event organized by the two Koreas to celebrate the 11th anniversary of their 2007 summit agreement, called the October 4th Declaration.<br />The event is to be held on Friday, and besides attending that event, the South Korean delegation is to tour around Pyeongyang and watch North Korean art performances.<br /> South Korea's Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon is leading the delegation.<br />It's expected he could meet up with Ri Son-gwon, the chairman of the North's reunification committee, for high-level talks.<br />Seoul's Vice Health Minister and Cultural Heritage Administrator, who're also joining the delegation, could meet their counterparts to discuss medical and cultural cooperation. <br />
