Do give it a try this Navratri and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 tsp - Ghee<br />2 cups - Makhana<br />1 ltr - Milk, boiled<br />Pistachios, chopped<br />Almonds, soaked & chopped<br />Raisins<br />1/2 cup Sugar<br />Almond powder<br />Saffron, soaked<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat ghee in a pan, add makhana and roast it on low flame.<br />Add milk, keep stirring and give it a boil.<br />Coo it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.<br />Add pistachios, almonds, raisins and mix well.<br />Add sugar, almond powder, saffron and mix well.<br />Our Navratri Special Makhana Kheer is ready to serve.
