Chef Sonali brings to you a traditional recipe of Guava curry, do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 tsp Mustard seeds<br />1/2 tsp Cumin seeds<br />1/2 tsp Fennel seeds<br />A pinch of asafoetida<br />2 Green Chillies, chopped<br />Curry leaves<br />2 Tomatoes, finely chopped<br />Red chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, <br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 cup Beaten Curd<br />2 tbsp Jaggery<br />4-5 Guava, chopped<br />1/2 cup Water<br />Coriander for garnishing<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, tomato, mix well.<br />Close the lid and cook it until the tomato is done.<br />Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.<br />Add curd, mix well and add jaggery.<br />Add guava, water and mix well.<br />Close the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.<br />Garnish it with coriander and our Peru Bhaji is ready to eat.<br />
