U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said on Thursday that Russia must be held accountable. Russia reportedly attempted to hack the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. <br /><br />According to Reuters, Mattis said Russia must pay a price and a number of response options were available. He said he agreed with the determination made by the British and Dutch recently. <br />
