A Tina Turner Musical <br />Is Heading to Broadway The musical titled, 'Tina: The Tina Turner Musical,' will focus on the life of the singer and feature her <br />timeless music. The performance has been running in London since March and a second production will <br />open in Germany. Tony-nominee Adrienne Warren currently leads the London cast as Turner and is expected to star in the New York production. However, casting has <br />not been finalized. The musical was written by playwright <br />Katori Hall, Frank Ketelaar and Kees Print. It will be directed by Phyllida Lloyd, who has worked on both ‘Mamma Mia!’ films.
