Study Says US Air Travelers Are Happier <br />Than Ever Global marketing firm J.D. Power says <br />overall traveler satisfaction in the U.S. has climbed to a score of 761. The 761 score is an <br />all-time high for <br />the survey. The findings are from J.D. Power’s 2018 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. The score is up 12 points <br />from last year <br />and 30 in 2016. J.D. Power says satisfaction is mainly driven by improvements in security, food, beverage and retail. In terms of the biggest airport hubs, <br />Las Vegas' McCarran Airport and <br />Orlando International tied for the best rating. At the other end of the spectrum, <br />New York’s LaGuardia Airport was the <br />lowest rated. Its neighbor, Newark Airport in New Jersey, ranked second-to-lowest.
