You know the payment options, right?"<br /><br />The robot converses with customers while they make their payments.<br /><br /> "Through emotional communication, it may help robots exist alongside humans."<br /><br /> A robot is in charge of the international food section at this supermarket.<br />It provides product information and an automated concierge service to shoppers.<br /><br /> "It used to be difficult for customers to get information about unfamiliar products on the spot.
