Rescue workers comb through the destroyed neighbourhood of Balaroa in Palu as the death toll from Indonesia's earthquake-tsunami disaster nears 2,000 people. The country's disaster agency says the official search for the unaccounted will continue until October 11 at which point they will be listed as missing, presumed dead.<br />
