Crazy footage from Texas shows the Llano River bursting its banks, flooding the surrounding area and nearly submerging an RV park. <br /><br />Some residents had to be airlifted to safety in helicopters on Monday. By midday some 19 people had been rescued, reported San Antonio Express-News. Four people are as yet unaccounted for. <br /><br />The footage was filmed from the 87 bridge by local resident Marissa Vierus Carter.
