Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Aloo Sabzi<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />Asafoetida<br />Curry Leaves<br />2-3 Green Chillies, chopped<br />Rock Salt<br />4-5 Potato, chopped & boiled<br />Black pepper<br />Sugar<br />Peanuts, (peeled,roasted &crushed)<br />Juice of 1/2 lime<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br /><br />For Kuttu Puri<br />1 cup Buckwheat flour<br />2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled&mashed<br />Rock salt<br />Black pepper<br />Coriander leaves<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />Water as required<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Aloo Sabzi<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and saute them.<br />Add potato, salt, black pepper, sugar and mix well.<br />Add roasted peanuts, mix well, switch off the gas and add lime juice, coriander leaves.<br />Our Alo Sabzi is ready.<br /><br />For Kuttu Puri<br />In a bowl add buckwheat, potatoes, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, oil, water and knead it into a dough.<br />Heat a pan, make small balls of the dough and roll it.<br />Fry the Puri's in hot oil.<br /><br />Our Vrat Special Aloo Puri is ready.
