Chop the leaves. Finely chop garlic and onion. Shred the cheese.<br />Sprinkle salt and pepper on the steaks.<br /><br />Heat the oil in a pan and when it is hot, fry the chopped onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped spinach and continue cooking a couple more minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and add some slat, mix to integrate.<br />Put the steaks over a cutting board and fill each one with some of the vegetable mixture, add some shredded cheese. Fold in half and fix with toothpicks.<br />Heat the pan and when it is hot, fry the steaks a few minutes on each side until they look golden brown.<br />Remove the toothpicks and serve.
