Tropical Storm spun towards Virginia on Thursday, October 11, after making landfall as a Category 4 hurricane in the Florida Panhandle and heading inland towards Georgia and the Carolinas.<br /><br />This video, filmed in Danville, Virginia, shows Michael attacking the city with high winds and heavy rain.<br /><br />Michael has killed at least six people and left more than a million people without power across the region. The storm packed maximum sustained winds of 155 mph and a central pressure of 919 millibars, making it among the top four most-powerful hurricanes to hit the United States.<br /><br />A tornado watch was in effect for much of North Carolina and Virginia in the evening.
