Dramatic footage shot in Asheville, North Carolina shows the extent of heavy flooding as Hurricane Michael moves its way through the western part of the state. <br /><br />This video, filmed in various parts of Asheville and Black Mountain, shows uprooted trees, submerged river banks and up to 4 inches of water gushing down streets.<br /><br />Hurricane Michael claimed 6 lives after passing through four states, and has since been downgraded to a tropical storm, but is still making its way north through North Carolina and Georgia.
