Occurred on July 1, 2017 / Texas, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "I was just driving down a back road in the middle of nowhere Texas and a driver was too impatient to wait for a legal passing zone and proceeds to pass me on a double yellow. I assume he kept speeding through the next small town where a police officer just happened to be waiting."
