Tesla Inc. said orders for cars placed by Oct. 15 will be eligible for a full federal tax credit of $7,500<br />Auto News says Tesla customers will get their cars delivered by the end of the year. <br />Congress gave incentives in the way of tax credits that lower the cost of electric vehicles.<br />The incentives are available for the first 200,000 vehicles sold by an automaker.<br />In July, Tesla said it delivered 200,000 electric cars to buyers in the United States. <br />
