Firefighters responded to a blaze at the playground of Plumas Avenue School in Oroville, California on Sunday, October 14.<br /><br />According to local media, the fire was reported at approximately 2:30 pm and was burning rubber mulch that was on the playground.<br /><br />An official from the Oroville Fire Department said the cause of the fire is unknown, but that they consider the circumstances to be suspicious.
