Dashcam footage of a car and caravan travelling the wrong way down the M40 on Monday. It later caused a major crash. <br /><br />The accident happened between junctions six and seven and emergency services flocked to the scene. <br /><br />The car and caravan collided with two other vehicles. It is not yet clear whether there were any casualties.
