This squirrel was determined to get its grubby paws on some bird seed, no matter how slippery that pole was.<br /><br />In the video, the creature can be seen clinging onto the oiled up bird feeder, sliding down as it loses its grip.<br /><br />"I was trying to keep this pesky squirrel from gobbling up all the birdseed everyday by spraying vegetable oil on the attachments," the owner said.<br /><br />The plan doesn't seem to have worked, however, with the squirrel seen successfully launching itself onto the feeder plate and munching away after the taxing journey.
