South Korea's ambassador to the U.S. Cho Yoon-je has made assurances that Seoul-Washington cooperation is happening around the clock. <br /> At a meeting with correspondents in Washington on Wednesday,... Cho said... he is aware of some media concerns on the rapid development of inter-Korean ties compared to the regime's denuclearization. <br />But he said... that both South Korea and the U.S. agree that the trust built from those better relations has helped overcome difficulties whenever the North Korea-U.S. talks hit a stalemate. <br /> Adding that Seoul and Washington are always sharing open-minded and sincere discussions.... Cho said he expects working-level talks between Washington's special envoy for North Korea, Stephen Biegun and Pyeongyang's Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui to be held soon. <br />
