<br /> On Wednesday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were greeted by more than 30,000 fans in Dubbo.<br />Royal protocol was cast aside as Prince Harry hugged a young fan.<br />Traditional etiquette suggests you shouldn't touch a member of the royal family.<br />Business Insider reports that 5-year-old Luke Vincent dived straight in for a hug with the Prince.<br />According to the BBC, Luke's teacher said he "didn't give [Harry] any choice" in the matter.<br />Vincent went a step further and rubbed Harry’s beard. <br />
