Severe floods in central Texas on Tuesday, October 16, caused the collapse of a bridge near the town of Llano as heavy rains inundated an already overflowing river.<br /><br />This video shows the broken bridge over Llano River and crew surveying the damage on site.<br /><br />A state disaster declaration was issued for 18 Texas counties impacted by severe weather and flooding, and at least three deaths have been reported.
