외국인직접투자 역대 최단기간에 200억불 기록<br /><br />Foreign direct investment in South Korea reached 20 billion U.S. dollars in October -- the shortest period of time that it has taken for the nation's FDI to reach the milestone.<br />On Monday at the Korea-EU Investment Roundtable in Paris, the Seoul's trade ministry said the country had secured 20-point-2 billion U.S. dollars of foreign investment this year.<br />Meaning South Korea achieved the feat a month earlier than last year, when it passed the 20 billion dollar benchmark in late November.<br />The country has surpassed 20 billion U.S. dollars of foreign direct investment each year since 2015. <br />
