A man in Florida has scaled a more than 200-foot cellphone tower in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County. <br /><br />In this footage, the man shouts to people on the ground in Spanish. <br /><br />The as yet unidentified male eventually reached the top, and lay down, where he currently remains, according to live footage. <br /><br />Police and fire services are at the scene on Palm Avenue and West 45th. The area has reportedly been cleared. <br /><br />"Hialeah PD has shut down Palm Avenue due to an ongoing incident. Please avoid the area," the city tweeted Friday.<br /><br />The footage was filmed by local Juan Manuel Rangel.
