Incumbent PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali says he hopes that the Central Election Committee (JPP) will be more prepared to avoid disruption of the party polls.<br /><br />The voting process for the Gombak division only started at 10.15am Sunday (Oct 21), which was 15 minutes later than scheduled, due to technical problems.<br /><br />He said the delay in the voting process at the Gombak division could give a negative picture of the election process.
