MCA presidential candidate Gan Ping Sieu said he will break away from Barisan Nasional (BN) if he wins in the party polls next month.<br /><br />Gan said that when announcing his presidential manifesto on Monday.<br />He will be contesting against current deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong in the November 4 party election.
