President Moon Jae-in is chairing a weekly Cabinet meeting this morning, where the Pyeongyang Declaration as well as the military agreement agreed by the leaders in September will be deliberated and ratified.<br /> This comes as the ministry of government legislation said that unlike the Panmunjeom Declaration made in April inter-Korean Summit,… the Pyeongyang Joint Declaration and the military agreement do not need parliamentary consent,… as the agreement in September is aimed at implementing previous declarations.<br />The president is set to give a statement during the meeting,… and we will be sure to cover that in our later newscast. <br />
